- Function as a core team member on major projects. Develop innovative solutions for complex client needs provide regular and ad - hoc consultancy services and create client - ready presentations.
- Actively contribute to and at times lead new initiatives aimed at expanding our service offerings. This includes formulating customized proposals to secure new client projects.
- Communicate effectively with other teams and internal departments to discuss and resolve issues promptly thereby ensuring high - efficiency operations.
- Contribute to and build a knowledge base that enables the team to continuously enhance client delivery be an inspiring people leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and above in Marketing/Business analyze/statistics.
- Advanced skills in research and report writing proficient in PPT Excel and other office software.
- Experience in data/content analysis and complex problem solving.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills.
- Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognize when requires escalation.
- Embraces a changing environment adapts well to changing demands and ambiguous situations and adapts own behavior accordingly.
- Expresses self clearly & displays sensitivity to develop constructive relationship with others.
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrated cross cultural awareness.
- Exhibit good communication and writing skills in Mandarin Cantonese and English.
