Job Summary

Howard Memorial is looking for a nurse practitioner to join us at our medical clinic! This will be a salaried full time position.

Responsibilities

-Primary staff contact for the CCM program
-Capturing time for the CCM enrolled patients
-Management of complex chronic conditions as well as acute
-Evaluation and Management Coding
-Laceration Repair
-EKG Interpretation
-Diagnostic Imaging ordering and interpretation with Radiologic over-read
-Ordering of lab and interpretation
-Pap/Pelvic Exam

Qualifications

5 years of experience required in ER Geriatric or Nursing Home.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BLS
ACLS
Current Arkansas RN license
Current Arkansas Nurse Practitioner license
