This is an opportunity to join our Portfolio Management team and play an important role in value creation for our funds through our investment asset management and divestment strategies.
The Position
In your role as a Portfolio Management Analyst you will analyze investment and portfolio performance of Urban Partners Norwegian portfolio of more than NOK 16 billion. By combining market and investment analyses you will support investment strategy and drive value creation as well as exits across all Urban Partners funds.
You will be key part of the local portfolio and investment team a dedicated group of 8 colleagues working with Urban Partners variousreal estate investment segments. You will also collaborate across functions and countries with colleagues in areas such as Asset Management Fund Management Investor Relations and Debt Financing.

To succeed in this role we expect you to have a Masters or Bachelors degree in finance economics or other related field as well as 1-2years of relevant working experience within investments consulting and/or real estate where you have proven strong analytical problem-solving and quantitative abilities and developed professional capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel. The job requires strong spoken and written English skills as well as one spoken and written skills in at least one Scandinavian language. You should enjoy a structured self-driven and proactive work approach and be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
