Job Description:
As the first creative hire you will define the visual signature of a next-generation music game. This role involves owning the technical and artistic direction crafting highly optimized assets and developing creative tools. Youll ensure cutting-edge visual design meets restrictive XR hardware limitations working closely with product and development leads to push boundaries in immersive entertainment.

What you will do:
Profile analyze and optimize all visual aspects for XR performance focusing on mobile chipsets.
Design author and maintain performant stylized shaders using Unitys URP/Shader Graph or HLSL.
Develop test and integrate dynamic real-time particle systems and shaders that react to music.
The ideal candidate:
4 years of experience as a Technical Artist in XR games or real-time graphics.
Comfort working in a highly experimental rapid-prototyping environment.
Strong proficiency with the Unity engine including asset workflows scripting and VFX systems.
