Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: New York NY 10016
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: MonFri 10:30 AM6:30 PM (Potential Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $68$70/hr
Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support PET/MRI imaging. Daily workload includes 13 patients across 2 rooms serving adolescent to geriatric populations.
Responsibilities:
Support PET/MRI exams including patient setup and post-exam transitions
Perform hot lab closing QC start IVs draw venous blood take glucose for FDG studies
Handle radioactive materials (FDG Amyvid Dotatate Pylarify research tracers)
Work with neurologic/oncologic cases: dementia Alzheimers epilepsy tumors whole-body oncology
Use EPIC (preferred) and NMIS systems
Requirements:
ARRT (N) NMTCB BLS state license
Experience in adult/clinic settings
Skilled in PET procedures IV initiation and radioactive materials handling
