Test Automation Engineer

The Opportunity

The performance test team currently consists out of 4 members. Their mission on a daily basis is to find performance bottlenecks in the system and suggest solutions. Creating new performance tests to either complete the test coverage or accommodate new features. They work on server and cloud-based solutions in an agile way.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Check improvements/new features to maintain and create new performance tests
• Analyze performance regressions (CPU memory consumption etc) to find their origin and suggest improvements
• Maintain performance platforms so they stay in an operational condition
• Check the effective impact of the fixes that have been made
• Support the production team in case of performance related issues in production
• Youll do performance testing mainly on Cloud Platforms and legacy

Who Are We Looking For

We look for people who can think outside the box with an analytical view. People who can turn issues into solutions and have a passion for performance testing especially in Cloud-based practice this means:

• Youre eager to learn the system and new tools
• Curious to find a new angle that can improve the way of working
• Ability to write code in Java and have knowledge of Databases (PostGreSQL Oracle)
• Substantial knowledge in Unix and Shell scripting
• You have knowledge of cloud Platforms
• You master English as youll work in an international team
