The Paid Media Manager will lead and execute the paid acquisition strategy driving high-quality traffic conversions and revenue through diverse paid channels. You will optimize performance across platforms scale campaigns refine targeting and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize ROI for a dynamic live events and hospitality platform.

What you will do:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads Meta YouTube and emerging channels.
Manage campaign setup optimisation budgeting bidding targeting and creative testing to achieve ROI targets.
Collaborate with creative analytics and commercial teams to produce compelling ads and ensure accurate performance tracking.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven paid media ideally in e-commerce or high-volume digital sales.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in platforms like Google Ads Meta and programmatic DSPs.
Proven ability to manage budgets scale campaigns efficiently and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
