Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer you will build the next generation of AI security that learns and adapts to protect autonomous systems in critical environments like finance and healthcare. Youll define the control layer for real-time AI decisions shaping product vision and owning architecture. This is a unique opportunity to establish infrastructure for a new era of AI deployment.

What you will do:

Hands-on experience building robust production-grade backends with Python and FastAPI or similar
Strong understanding of common architectural patterns like caching queuing and load balancing
Possesses a founding engineer mindset comfortable with ambiguity shipping and iterating quickly
