Job Description:

Lead FloxMinds commercial growth in the UK building and executing strategies across sales partnerships and marketing. Drive market penetration by establishing relationships with 3PLs system integrators and automation partners. Expand enterprise customer acquisition and lay the groundwork for scalable repeatable revenue growth achieving significant productivity gains for clients.

Location: London UK

  • Lead the UK market entry for a disruptive RaaS platform transforming warehouse automation with AI ML and IoT.

  • Drive significant ROI for clients (up to 200% productivity gains 70% labor cost reduction) with a proven high-impact solution.

  • Build and own the entire UK commercial growth strategy from sales pipeline to strategic partnerships with direct impact on revenue targets (1-2M year one).

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the UK go-to-market strategy leading all growth functions including sales business development and partnerships.

  • Own the UK sales pipeline targeting 3PLs fulfilment operators and large warehouse clients with structured ABM and intent-data-driven outreach.

  • Develop strategic alliances with system integrators WMS/ERP vendors and OEMs to expand market reach and solution integration.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in growth sales or commercial leadership within 3PL logistics fulfilment or warehouse automation technology.

  • Track record of developing and closing complex B2B technology or logistics service deals engaging C-suite stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of logistics operations and warehouse processes ideally with a background in RaaS robotics or WMS.
