Job Description:
Were seeking a Contract Data Scientist to spearhead the development and validation of our inaugural Marketing Mix Model. This pivotal role involves transforming cross-agency data into actionable insights directly influencing growth creative and strategy teams. Youll be instrumental in shaping our data-driven approach turning complex analytics into clear decisions that drive significant impact for brands.

What you will do:

Build validate and stress-test a Marketing Mix Model (MMM).
Analyse cross-agency data to generate insights for growth creative and strategy teams.
Build and optimise dashboards in Looker Studio and Metabase.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience with MMM and advanced marketing analytics.
Strong fluency in SQL/BigQuery dashboarding tools and statistical modelling.
Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
