Job Description
Be the welcoming face of Teledyne! Were seeking a Receptionist to provide front-desk support and administrative assistance across the this role youll greet visitors manage calls and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
What youll do
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Greet and screen visitors using our visitor management system.
- Coordinate facility visits including issuing badges arranging meals and preparing meeting rooms.
- Support HR with special projects as assigned.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and operate postage equipment.
- Enter change requests and new vendor/customer data into the ERP system.
- Request and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Audit weekly check runs for Finance and scan purchase orders and change orders daily.
- Prepare reports binders mailings and other materials for various departments.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 2 years of office experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents refugees and asylees) (required).
