The Sourcing Transformation & M&A Leader will drive strategic initiatives to transform sourcing to deliver better SQDC outcomes lead Mergers & Acquisitions integration activities strengthen compliance optimize supplier capacity and oversee contractor safety. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong experience in sourcing Mergers & Acquisitions risk management and operational excellence capable of influencing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.Job Description
What youll do (Roles and Responsibilities):
M&A Integration: Lead sourcing-related due diligence integration planning and execution for mergers acquisitions and divestitures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supplier impact harmonize contracts and drive synergy realization.
Sourcing Compliance: Develop implement and monitor sourcing compliance programs. Ensure adherence to internal policies regulatory requirements and ethical sourcing standards across all sourcing activities. Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments in conjunction with internal audit team and enterprise risk management team.
Policies & Procedures: Define update and communicate sourcing policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to the sourcing team and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective application.
Contractor Safety: Oversee contractor safety programs in collaboration with EHS and operational teams. Ensure contractor engagement aligns with safety standards and best practices. Track and report safety performance metrics.
Supplier Capacity Enhancement: Assess and improve supplier capacity and performance to meet business needs. Lead supplier development initiatives capacity planning and risk mitigation activities. Partner with suppliers to drive operational improvements and scalability.
Transformation Leadership: Identify prioritize and implement transformation initiatives within sourcing to improve efficiency cost effectiveness and risk management. Champion digitalization process optimization and change management efforts.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal business units suppliers and external partners. Serve as a key point of contact for sourcing transformation compliance and M&A matters.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals. Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications):
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in global sourcing procurement transformation and supplier management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations and digital sourcing tools.
Personality: Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge: Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this position isUSD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates geographic location experience education skill set and work location.
