Senior Data Engineer

Salary: 75K-95K Equity

Job Description:
As a Senior Data Engineer youll own the entire data stack from ingestion to analytics for a rapidly growing climate tech platform. Design and implement robust data pipelines manage cloud infrastructure with a DevOps mindset and build scalable systems. Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver critical data for internal tools analytics and AI models establishing best practices for governance and reliability.

What you will do:

Own the data stack from ingestion to analytics including storage processing and access layers
Design and implement data pipelines for API streaming and batch ingestion
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) with a DevOps mindset CI/CD IaC monitoring scaling

The ideal candidate:

5 years experience in data engineering and cloud infrastructure
Expertise in Python (PySpark) SQL and dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Strong DevOps skills Terraform Docker CI/CD monitoring/logging tools
