Job Summary
Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:
As a Server you will:
- Present menu answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Write order on check or memorizes it.
- Relay order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Serve patrons from chafing dish at table.
- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Complete all assigned side works and special projects
- Must have complete menu and bar knowledge
- Total bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.

Qualifications :
- make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.
