We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team at Inetum Polska. The person in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients managing projects and supporting the sales of our IT products and services.
- Deliver projects and services in accordance with agreed contract terms and SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (meetings regular calls reporting).
- Ensure profitability of projects within the assigned portfolio.
- Prepare and update annual client budgets.
- Launch new projects including:
- Assembling teams according to client requirements.
- Onboarding new employees to the project.
- Organizing work environment and access rights.
- Report service quality in line with client requirements.
- Identify new needs and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales department on technical and commercial proposals.
- Provide timely reporting.
Qualifications :
- 24 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry (e.g. Project Manager Business Analyst Key Account Manager).
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in risk and financial management of projects.
- High personal culture and strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Nice to have:
- Higher education in technical or economic fields.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and services.
- Familiarity with IT products and solutions.
- Ability to plan and coordinate team work.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Industry certifications (ITIL Prince2 PMP Agile/Scrum).
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira Confluence MS Project).
