- Participation in needs-gathering workshops with CIB HR teams.
- Support and advice to local teams during requirement-gathering covering data-dictionary mapping for migration HR-process workflows and detailed interface specifications.
- Translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Configuration and parameterization of Oracle HCM modules according to the functional specifications.
- Preparation of functional documentation (user manuals configuration guides etc.).
- Participation in the testing phase (scenario preparation execution anomaly monitoring) especially for the data-migration and integration streams within the CIB ecosystem including local payrolls.
- Support to key users during UAT and training phases
- Provision of post-go-live functional support.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in HR systems analysis requirements engineering functional design test planning user training and vendor management.
- Extensive experience in data integration and platform migration projects.
- Strong attention to detail and to identifying process exceptions in early phases.
- Advanced Spanish and English skills.
