We are looking for an experienced Integration & Production Support Engineer to join our this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing data-migration strategies designing and developing integration flows and ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our integration landscape. You will work closely with local IT teams application owners and other stakeholders to support our HRIS transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Migration & Integration
Define and implement the data-migration strategy to Oracle HCM.
Design and develop ETL processes (extraction transformation loading) in collaboration with local IT experts and application owners.
Identify and analyse integration requirements with third-party systems (e.g. payroll talent management etc.).
Provide technical design implementation and operational support for migration and integration initiatives.
Integration Development
Develop test and optimize integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi (expertise in at least one is required).
Ensure performance scalability and reliability of integration flows.
Prepare technical documentation related to migration and integration activities.
Production Support
Handle incident problem and change management for production environments.
Provide operational support for integration and migration processes ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Automation & Monitoring
Implement automation solutions using Autosys and PowerShell.
Manage monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace or equivalent) to ensure the health and performance of systems.
Operational Excellence
Support continuity planning (DR/BCP) capacity management and asset management.
Contribute to knowledge-base creation and mentor team members as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to migration and integration.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience as a technical expert in data-integration design and migration projects.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi (minimum one required).
Background in HRIS implementation environments is highly desirable.
Strong experience in production support including incident problem and change management.
Proficiency with automation tools (Autosys PowerShell) and monitoring solutions (Dynatrace or equivalent).
Knowledge of DR/BCP processes capacity management and asset management.
Strong analytical skills problem-solving capabilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English
