Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to join our luxury resort this role you will lead the team in achieving operational excellence while driving both short- and long-term goals set by the Director of Spa & Wellness.
As a true ambassador of our brand you will uphold the highest standards of service professionalism and guest care while contributing to the strategic vision of our world-class resort.
- Lead daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Adhere to Spa Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Represent the spa brand values with professionalism building strong relationships with colleagues guests and stakeholders.
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality service and frontline engagement.
- Support strategic initiatives to market and enhance the resorts wellness offerings.
- Oversee administrative duties scheduling and booking channel efficiency.
- Train coach and motivate spa reception and attendant teams.
- Conduct guest quality training to maintain world-class standards.
- Ensure effective communication and welfare across spa teams and other departments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and protect the propertys reputation at all times.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree qualified in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2 years experience within a luxury 5 star Spa within a hotel/resort
- Diploma or Degree qualified in a Health Science/ Wellness Modality
- High standard level of Grooming and presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Demonstrated excellence in guest service and team leadership
