Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your multidisciplinary expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated innovative and collaborative teammates. Youll contribute to leading societies to a low carbon future by supporting N&T Sub-System project deployment activities (Design Installation Test & Commissioning). Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Projects Engineering IT and System Architecture) review technical designs and subject matter expertise and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Contributing to support N&T Sub-System project deployment activities including Design Installation Test & Commissioning

• Supporting the Projects Engineering team to ensure the application of correct technical governance

• Reviewing the technical input and providing subject matter expertise for proposed designs

• Assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions and proposing mitigation plans

• Chairing Design Reviews for critical developments and projects in your field

• Engaging with projects to ensure technical risks are identified and managed.

• Degree in Mathematics Physics IT discipline or related field (4 years of equivalent experience may substitute for degree)

• Experience in a design/engineering project execution from End to End in communications with a focus on radio deployments in industrial environments (Wireless)

• Knowledge of Wifi protocols and radio solutions (802.11a/b/n/ac)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques (spectrum analyzer IP analyzer mib principles etc.)

• Understanding of signaling and system architecture

• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
