Job Description:
Were looking for a skilled and motivated Bid Writer to lead the creation of compelling compliant and high-scoring proposals for NHS tenders pilots and framework submissions. Youll sit at the intersection of growth product and clinical teams translating complex information into clear persuasive responses that resonate with NHS evaluators. Youll own the full bid lifecycle and help build processes for future scaling.

What you will do:

Manage the end-to-end production of bids RFIs and tenders for NHS and public-sector frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud SBS ICB frameworks)
Draft concise evidence-backed responses that communicate value compliance and differentiation particularly around clinical safety and AI assurance
Work closely with product clinical and operations teams to extract technical detail case studies and metrics from published studies and pilots

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record (3 years) of successful bid writing in NHS or public-sector technology / digital health contexts
Familiarity with NHS procurement processes evaluation scoring and compliance frameworks (e.g. DTAC DCB0129/0160)
Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills able to explain complex technical AI concepts in accessible language
