About the role
HealthFitness is looking for a full-time fitness center receptionist 40 hpw to join our team at our client site located in Thousand Oaks this position you will greet check-in and assist customers; provide program information services membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail administrative responsibilities using (outlook and excel) and being able to multitask in a high pace environment. This position may occasionally be required to assist with facilities-locker room cleanliness and restocking supplies as-needed.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 5:45am-2:15pm hours may be subject to change no weekends!
Greet check-in and assist customers. Provides program information services membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Provides administrative support for internal programs membership drives and special events
Other duties as needed or assigned.
Compensation:$18.50-$19.50 per is dependent on experience and qualifications.
