About the job

We are looking for a Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows integrating subcontractor collaboration systems and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills strong communication abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Optimize and Enhance Workflows:
- Refine current workflows
- Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into and provide proactive solutions
Comprehensive Workflow Management:
- Update and improve the work management system in to cover the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes
Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:
- Create a structured communication system within for seamless collaboration between internal teams external stakeholders and other parties
Subcontractor Collaboration System:
- Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates submit requests and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms
Dashboard Development:
- Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses KPIs and other vital information
- Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users
Team Onboarding and Training:
- Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption
Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
- Continuously monitor usage within the organization
- Provide insights suggest improvements and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in workflow optimization and development
Familiarity with diagramming tools
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems
