We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team supporting You will be the voice of a trusted global travel company assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support.
Start date: 2 January 2026
Location: Athens Greece (on site)
Salary: 1200 eur gross x 14
Contract: Permanent and Temporary
Shift:
- 40h/week (8h/day 5 days/week)
- Rotational Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone email and chat
- Assist customers with bookings account issues and general inquiries
- Follow internal processes and escalate cases when needed
- Deliver service with empathy accuracy and professionalism
- Represent the brand and ensure top customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Native/fluent in Croatian
- English C1 and above
- Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy
- EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
