Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly support to Croatian-speaking customers.

Follow company policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements

Croatian: Native or C2 level (spoken & written).

English: B2 level for internal communication.

No prior experience required full training included.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Willingness to relocate to Greece.

EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
