What Is the Job About
You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers handling inquiries providing product or service information and resolving issues through phone email and chat. You will document each interaction follow established processes escalate cases when required and maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times. You will also collaborate with trainers and team leaders to improve your performance and meet company standards.
