Were a fast-growing team building infrastructure that connects diverse yield sources to stable scalable digital payment rails. Since launching publicly in late 2024 the product has rapidly expanded to hundreds of millions in managed value and continues to grow at an exceptional pace.

Our team combines experience from leading finance and technology companies. Were focused on bridging traditional financial systems with decentralized technology and are now looking for a Design Lead who can translate complex systems into clean intuitive and engaging user experiences.

The Role

Were looking for a Design Lead who will take full ownership of the UI/UX across the entire product ecosystem. Youll design clean intuitive interfaces and user flows that simplify complex DeFi mechanics and youll be responsible for turning product ideas into polished functional experiences in Figma.

Beyond product work youll also handle key marketing visuals social graphics pitch materials and partner assets keeping a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role: creating prototypes maintaining the design system ensuring visual quality and occasionally coordinating external creatives. If you excel at UI/UX but enjoy stepping into broader creative tasks this role is for you.

What Youll Be Working On

• Lead the end-to-end product design of Resolvs web app and landing page from information architecture to polished UI.
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager and Marketing Lead to ship intuitive high-impact experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across product and marketing materials.
• Create visual storytelling for decks landing pages and campaigns ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across all channels.
• Help define and document design processes as we scale the team.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with Web3 exposure being a huge plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking visual finesse and product intuition.
• Software stack:
  • Expert in Figma your core workspace.
  • Framer skills are a huge plus for landing page design and maintenance.
  • Bonus points if you can handle parts of the full creative stack from light motion or visuals to web assets and reduce reliance on freelancers when needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment taking ownership from concept to launch and being committed to bringing the work over the line.
• Experience managing or collaborating with freelancers or small design teams.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale to both product and non-design stakeholders.
• A passion for DeFi crypto or digital product ecosystems and curiosity to learn deeply.
