Are you a culinary visionary passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences Join our vibrant assisted living / senior living community in Red Deer County Alberta and reimagine our residents mealtimes.

As Red Seal Executive Chef reporting to the Executive Director youll direct all food and beverage operations meeting residents nutritional needs with a fine dining approach.

Key responsibilities of Red Seal Executive Chef includes menu planning budget oversight team leadership and supplier liaison ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year college diploma in Food Service Supervision or equivalent.
  • Red Seal certification (mandatory).
  • Expertise in large-scale food preparation with fresh ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software budget management and inventory control.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
