Background Information
The resource is required to support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.
Responsibilities:
Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design development and deployment for specified technology.
Creates segmentation models designs and builds marketing campaigns.
Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Support deployment in production. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
Deliverables Include but not limited to:
Development of campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal
Development of campaigns for CCC program updates
Support campaign production runs
Must-haves:
- 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria
- 3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines
- 3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data stores
Nice-to-Haves:
- 5 years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred
- 5 years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns
- Public Sector experience
