The Role

JPA Health is seeking anAccount Supervisor Marketing to help shape the next generation of modern marketing for life sciences.This role sits at the center of our growingMarketing practice where data fluency creative storytelling andomnichannel orchestrationcome together to help clients build trust drive behavior changeand accelerate an entrepreneurial thinkerand strong collaboratorwho is comfortable discussing strategy with clients managingintegrated campaignsandidentifyingnew ways to add value.

This position is a full-timehybridrole reporting to anyone ofJPAHealthsoffices(Boston Philadelphia Washington DC New York City)twodays per week and working remotelythreedays per week.

The Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as an integral member of theLife Sciences Marketingteam and will:

  • Lead and elevate client engagement.Serve as the primaryday-to-daycontactensuring excellence in delivery and alignment withclient goals acrossmarketing strategycampaign development and execution.
  • Translate insights into action. Partner with strategycreativeintegrated intelligence research and engagement teamsto bring forward insight drivenrecommendations thatinform channel mix and audience experience.
  • Drive innovation within accounts.Leverageour proprietary platforms and integrated capabilities across our Life Sciences Public Health and Gov practicestosolveclientschallenges.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns.Engagement across HCP patientand consumer audiences including market and launch readinessomnichannel activation andsales force support.
  • Own financial performance.Work with the project management teamtoensurescopemanagement efficient resource allocation budget oversight andfinancial accuracy.
  • Support new businessand organic growtheffortscontributing toproposalpresentation case study development and storytelling.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.Fostercuriosity accountability andcollaboration aligned with JPAs values.
  • Champion best practices.Advocate for consistency innovationand cross-disciplineintegration within the Life Sciences Marketing team and across the agency.

About You

Youllthrive in this role and at JPA Health if you are:

  • Strategic and curiouswith theabilityto connectinsights with actionable marketing solutions.
  • Digitally fluentexperienced inorchestrating campaigns across platforms (paid owned earned shared) and comfortable with performance measurement and optimization.
  • A natural integratorrespectfullycollaborating acrossdisciplines and teams to bring ideas to life.
  • A trusted partner skilled at building relationships with clients understanding their business and proactivelyanticipatingtheir needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • 3 to 5 years of prior agency experience in healthcare marketing.
  • Experience leading integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Proven understanding of pharmaceutical biotech or medical device marketing as well as Medical Regulatory and Legal considerations.
  • Understanding and application of engagement strategies for HCP and DTC audiences.
  • Exceptionalcommunication organization and project managementskills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $85000 and $120000 annually based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience qualifications and location. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
