The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Key Account Manager to own and expand our most critical customer relationships. This role sits at the intersection of deep account management and strategic business development. You will be responsible for establishing our flagship customer relationships ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and strategically expanding our footprint in the embodied AI data ecosystem. Your deep sense of the data or autonomous driving landscape will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and forging lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Business Development Own the end-to-end relationship with our flagship enterprise customers in the robotics sectors. Proactively identify qualify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts driving upsell and cross-sell strategies. Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term partnership growth and customer success.
Customer Advocacy & Strategic Insight
Serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers researchers and engineers at customer organizations. Gather and synthesize critical product feedback data requirements and market intelligence to inform our product roadmap. Champion customer needs internally collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value.
Program Leadership & Delivery Assurance
Lead program management initiatives for major accounts ensuring the successful and timely delivery of training-ready datasets. Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with the evolving needs of the market and our key customers.
Market Expertise & Strategic Growth
Leverage your deep domain expertise in data or autonomous driving to build credibility with clients and identify emerging market opportunities. Represent MaxInsights at leading industry events (e.g. ICRA RSS CoRL GTC) showcasing our products and expanding our professional network.
Qualifications
Native English Speaker (Required): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for this client-facing role.
Domain Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in key account management business development or a strategic customer-facing role within the data/AI sector or autonomous driving industry in the US market.
Industry Sense: A self-motivated professional with a genuine passion and strong commercial sense for the data and autonomous driving landscape. You understand the key players challenges and trends.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients grow revenue streams and build trusted long-term partnerships.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field. An MBA or MS is a plus.
