This collaboration allows us to offer patients a premium care experience combining expert in-person therapy with virtual tools that enhance accountability engagement and long-term results. - Your Role
- Provide 1-on-1 45-minute outpatient sessions both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
- Evaluate diagnose and treat orthopedic neurological and post-surgical conditions
- Design personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
- Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
- Collaborate with PTAs OTs and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Opportunities for growth into additional roles.
- Active Washington State PT License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
- Passion for patient-centered evidence-based treatment
- Bonus: Experience as a Clinical Instructor or in a mentoring capacity
- Salary: $90000-$115000/year
