- Your Role
- Provide 1-on-1 45-minute outpatient sessions both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
- Treat orthopedic neurological and post-surgical conditions
- Help provide personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
- Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
- Collaborate with PTs and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Opportunities for growth into additional roles
- Active Washington State PTA License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
- Passion for patient-centered evidence-based treatment
- Salary: $60000-$80000/year
