Job Summary

Description

This is a part-time flexible position (employment or subcontractor) designed for someone passionate about bridging science healthcare innovation and funding strategy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Grant sourcing & applications
    • Identify national EU and global research grants and funding opportunities.
    • Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams.
    • Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award.

  • Clinical study support & administration
    • Support setup documentation and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations.
    • Act as the liaison between our internal teams academic partners and corporate collaborators.
    • Track milestones deliverables and timelines across multiple projects.

  • Science project management
    • Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies.
    • Oversee research-related documentation IRB/ethics submissions and data collection workflows.
    • Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence.

  • Innovation & efficiency
    • Use modern AI tools (literature review drafting project management grant monitoring) to maximize productivity.
    • Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding.

Requirements

  • PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences life sciences biomedical engineering digital health or related field.
  • Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon NIH national agencies foundations).
  • Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English.
  • Experience with clinical research administration (protocols ethics submissions reporting).
  • Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics clinicians and corporate partners.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first international environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital therapeutics MSK research or health economics.
