Job Summary
Description
This is a part-time flexible position (employment or subcontractor) designed for someone passionate about bridging science healthcare innovation and funding strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Grant sourcing & applications
- Identify national EU and global research grants and funding opportunities.
- Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams.
- Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award.
- Clinical study support & administration
- Support setup documentation and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations.
- Act as the liaison between our internal teams academic partners and corporate collaborators.
- Track milestones deliverables and timelines across multiple projects.
- Science project management
- Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies.
- Oversee research-related documentation IRB/ethics submissions and data collection workflows.
- Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence.
- Innovation & efficiency
- Use modern AI tools (literature review drafting project management grant monitoring) to maximize productivity.
- Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding.
Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences life sciences biomedical engineering digital health or related field.
- Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon NIH national agencies foundations).
- Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English.
- Experience with clinical research administration (protocols ethics submissions reporting).
- Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics clinicians and corporate partners.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first international environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital therapeutics MSK research or health economics.
