About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Stoma and Complex Wounds you will deliver high-quality nursing care in diverse health service settings consolidating your experience while developing from competent to proficient practice. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards activities delegated to others and for guiding and developing less experienced staff.
While the role is predominantly clinical you will also be assigned portfolio responsibilities tailored to your professional development goals. These responsibilities are negotiated as part of your career plan and allow you to contribute to service improvements clinical leadership and the overall quality of patient care.
