Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
• Certification:Must be Board Certified
• Experience: 1 year preferred
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care chronic disease management
• Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment excellent communication patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
