Were looking for enthusiastic Outbound Client Advisors to join our happy and driven team in Sofia. Youll help clients switch to green energy solutions with a smile
Your role
As an Outbound Advisor youll be:
- Contacting potential customers by phone both cold & warm leads
- Making a great first impression in the first 20 seconds
- Promoting green energy and its benefits
- Guiding clients to sign contracts digitally
- Encouraging e-billing direct debit and boiler maintenance
- Creating your own mini-database via referrals (yes youre in charge!)
- 30% of your success will come from opportunities you create yourself we love go-getters!
What were looking for
- Dutch at native level English for internal communication
- Experience in sales (contact center or face-to-face)
- Basic PC and CRM system skills
- Youre persuasive resilient self-confident and love talking to people
- Strong communicator with a cheerful chat style
- Full commitment and high energy
