We support public and private entities that want to improve the environmental social and economic impacts of policies projects and investments. As a spin-off of the University of Padova and a certified B Corp; we work locally and internationally bringing scientific innovation into everyones life.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a motivated HR professional with a strong passion for environmental sustainability and the desire to become a contributor to the companys growth. You are able to combine empathy and pragmatism transforming needs and values into processes initiatives and a tangible organizational culture.
We are particularly interested in someone who feels comfortable in dynamic environments and brings autonomy creativity and ownership seeing HR not only as administration but as a strategic driver of change development and real positive impact.
Role and responsibilities
- Implement innovative effective and inclusive recruiting and onboarding strategies.
- Manage performance management and professional development processes aligning them with company vision and objectives (OKR framework).
- Promote and strengthen the company culture translating values into concrete practices and initiatives that reinforce organizational identity.
- Oversee internal communication and people relationships supporting conflict resolution and individual needs.
- Develop and propose wellbeing and engagement initiatives ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Collaborate in the definition of HR policies learning strategies total compensation frameworks and HR governance tools (HRIS ATS etc.).
- Contribute to strategic planning and change management processes strengthening internal structure and supporting sustainable growth
Education
Degree preferred in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Sociology Business Administration Economics or Social Sciences (or equivalent path).
Specializations in HR management or organizational development are considered a plus.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles preferably in dynamic or growing environments.
- Hands-on experience in managing HR and People & Culture processes in a cross-functional way.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for people management.
Required skills
- Excellent interpersonal listening and mediation skills.
- Strong orientation toward collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Solid command of English (minimum B2C1)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and employment law.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into concrete actions.
- Empathetic curious and courageous attitude: you believe in the power of people and culture to generate real impact.
- Strong team-player mindset working side by side with colleagues to co-design solutions and drive HR initiatives forward.
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with people performance frameworks (KPIs etc.).

Work Location: Etifors office in Padua at Piazza Alcide de Gasperi No. 41. A hybrid smart-working arrangement is provided alternating on-site days with remote working days.
Duration and level: Fixed-term contract of 1 year as a first employment agreement.
Contract Type: Full-time (III Livello CCNL Commercio).
