Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 23 years of experience in enterprise sales marketing consulting or business development.
  • Familiarity with financial crime risk management compliance or fintech solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling solutions to financial institutions.
  • Understanding of financial crime regulations (AML KYC sanctions).
  • Knowledge of the payments business including transaction flows compliance requirements and operational challenges.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or working in fintech/financial services industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven success in consultative selling approaches especially in modular or customizable product ecosystems.

About the Job

As a Sales Executive at Elucidate you will play a critical role in driving the companys growth by connecting financial institutions advisory firms and corporates with our cutting-edge modular solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem.

An understanding of the payments business is integral to this role. You will work with financial institutions to address the challenges of their payment networks including risk management compliance and operational efficiency. With Elucidates platform you will position our solutions as essential tools for data and risk operations teams.

Youll be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. By understanding the challenges and needs of prospective clients youll position Elucidates platform as a leader in financial crime risk management helping organizations meet their compliance goals while improving operational efficiency.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of financial technology and regulatory risk contributing directly to the adoption of innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry. Youll represent Elucidate in industry forums provide insights into market trends and influence the development of products that meet the needs of tomorrows financial landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within financial institutions advisory firms and corporates.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Elucidates modular solutions and effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs and decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system including pipeline updates and account status.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients identifying additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.
  • Represent Elucidate at industry events conferences and webinars to promote brand awareness and build strategic relationships.
