Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Prague. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general corporate agenda and contracts drafting. We prefer a candidate with solid knowledge of labor law data protection and IT/IP. This role requires a proactive individual with negotiation drafting and communication skills capable of handling complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate and M&A: Advising on legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions; handling corporate matters restructuring and changes;due diligence.
IT/IP: Drafting contracts related to software development and implementation; managing trademark license agreements and trademark registrations.
Commercial Agreements: Reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements.
Labor Law: Drafting internal regulations employment contracts.

Requirements:

Experience working in an international environment and supporting international businesses.
Law Faculty degree Diploma of European Union Studies or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong negotiation drafting and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Czech knowledge of German is an advantage.
