Equipment Mechanic Oregon City OR (On-Site) Full-Time Onsite Industrial Equipment & Material Spraying Systems
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Oregon City OR. This role supports a growing equipment operation that sells services and refurbishes machinery used in fireproofing stucco EIFS concrete plaster drywall and general construction spraying applications.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on mechanical repair experience and can troubleshoot a variety of industrial and construction-related equipment.
Key Responsibilities -
Diagnose repair and service construction spray equipment including:

Pumps (fireproofing stucco concrete foam underlayment grout etc.)
-
Gas & electric-powered motors
-
Hoses nozzles sprayers mixers and related components
-
Perform preventative maintenance and full rebuilds on older equipment.
-
Inspect machinery for wear damage and operational safety.
-
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper performance.
-
Maintain a clean organized and safe workshop environment.
-
Collaborate with sales and parts teams to identify required parts or upgrades.
-
Document repair work parts used and service outcomes.
-
Provide occasional phone support to customers with equipment troubleshooting.
-
Assist with equipment staging shipping prep or warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience -
3 years of experience as a mechanic or technician in any of the following:

Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
-
Experience using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
-
Ability to read manuals schematics and wiring diagrams.
-
Knowledge of mixers pumps hoses compressors and construction spraying systems is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience working with fireproofing stucco plaster concrete or specialty spray pumps.

Welding or fabrication skills.
-
Forklift certification (or willing to obtain).
-
Comfort working in a high-demand shop environment.
