Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Manager who is CPA trained or certified with proven experience in US Staffing or Canada Staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting for staffing operations.
Lead end-to-end financial management for staffing operations including budgeting forecasting cost allocation and profitability analysis.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy in P&L balance sheets accruals and reconciliations.
Manage statutory compliance for US/Canada payroll taxes corporate tax filings W2/1099 processes T4/T4A filings and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor AR/AP cycles ensuring timely invoicing collections vendor management and financial controls.
Implement and optimize financial systems (QuickBooks NetSuite SAP or similar) to support streamlined reporting and automation.
Collaborate closely with Delivery HR and Payroll teams to maintain accurate financial data for staffing operations.
Manage client-specific financial requirements including rate analysis profitability tracking pricing models and SOW financial oversight.
Support business expansion planning M&A assessments and financial risk evaluation for US/Canada markets.
Oversee compliance audits and financial reporting.
Support leadership with data-driven financial insights.
Ensure smooth financial processes aligned with US/Canada staffing standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for payroll billing and client financials.

Requirements:

CPA trained or certification
Prior experience in US or Canada staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations reporting standards and compliance.
Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on expertise in financial reporting tools and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP tax laws staffing compliance and multi-state payroll regulations.
