Locations: Bangalore
Work Type: Onsite (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: Night Shifts
Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
- We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Manager who is CPA trained or certified with proven experience in US Staffing or Canada Staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting for staffing operations.
- Lead end-to-end financial management for staffing operations including budgeting forecasting cost allocation and profitability analysis.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy in P&L balance sheets accruals and reconciliations.
- Manage statutory compliance for US/Canada payroll taxes corporate tax filings W2/1099 processes T4/T4A filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor AR/AP cycles ensuring timely invoicing collections vendor management and financial controls.
- Implement and optimize financial systems (QuickBooks NetSuite SAP or similar) to support streamlined reporting and automation.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery HR and Payroll teams to maintain accurate financial data for staffing operations.
- Manage client-specific financial requirements including rate analysis profitability tracking pricing models and SOW financial oversight.
- Support business expansion planning M&A assessments and financial risk evaluation for US/Canada markets.
- Oversee compliance audits and financial reporting.
- Support leadership with data-driven financial insights.
- Ensure smooth financial processes aligned with US/Canada staffing standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for payroll billing and client financials.
Requirements:
- CPA trained or certification
- Prior experience in US or Canada staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations reporting standards and compliance.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on expertise in financial reporting tools and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP tax laws staffing compliance and multi-state payroll regulations.
