Job Summary

5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration experience.
Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or related automation frameworks.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM modules.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts predictive intelligence and workflow automation.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI and automation tools (e.g. UiPath Azure AI OpenAI API AWS AI).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing ServiceNow Generative AI Controller or Now Assist features.
Familiarity with AI governance and monitoring frameworks.
Exposure to Agile / DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow.
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript GlideScript Python preferred).
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD ITSM or AI/ML Specialist) are highly desirable.
Exposure to banking risk data / risk assessment projects.
