Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for an Information Solutions Lead to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis initially for 12 months. This is a hybrid role based in Slough.
Salary:
35.65 ph PAYE to 48.54 ph via Umbrella

Information Solutions Lead Role:
- Be responsible for helping to define and execute the teams data marketplace strategy.
- Lead the creation and stewardship of high-quality reusable published information datasets.
- Serve as the primary representative of the data marketplace.
- Scout and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Champion data quality ensuring external data is ready for advanced analytics and AI applications.
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
- Have a deep understanding of data life cycles.
- Experience with FAIR data principles (Findable Accessible Interoperable Reusable).
- Awareness of agentic AI large language models (LLMs) and their implications for scientific data platforms.
- Ability to assess and integrate innovative tools and technologies into existing scientific data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices especially as they apply to scientific information systems.
