What You Will Do:

• Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full platform Workday implementations. The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering design and implementation of customer data conversion processes.

• As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with project management team on tenant management

• Plan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolset

• Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the WorkdayCloudHCM & Financials system

• Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools

• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday

• Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday

• Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project

• Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership

• Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives

• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

• Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

• An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse

• Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of consulting or industry experience; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of consulting or industry experience. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years of consulting or industry experience

• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) full cycle Workday implementations in a Data Conversion Lead role

• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience

• Active Workday Certification through a Workday Partner

• 25% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today

• Demonstrated experience with Excel Visio MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

• Strong reporting/analytics/BI experience
