Job Summary
NOW HIRING PACKER (1st Shift Northeast El Paso)
Pay: $13.60/hr.
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM2:30 PM (30-min unpaid lunch)
Most Saturdays: 6:00 AM12:00 PM
Location: Northeast El Paso
Job Duties:
Portion diced meat by weighing and packaging into bags/trays or vacuum machine
Move portion steaks from conveyor into vacuum film or boxes
Verify steak weights using a scale
Seal bags using a hand sealer machine
Work safely as part of a team and follow all quality guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must work in cold environment (around -10F) and handle frozen meat regularly
Must wear steel-toe shoes and warm clothing
Able to lift up to 5075 lbs (team lifting required)
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Bring your lunch no food places nearby
Park along the fence line (not against the building). Stampede parking is on the fence/north end of the lot.
