Direction and Content Development: oContribute to content creation by brainstorming ideas for campaign themes visuals and messaging. oReview and approve creative elements including graphics copy video content and social media posts. Analysis and Optimization: oTrack campaign performance using KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement. oPrepare campaign reports offering recommendations based on data analysis and ROI to optimize future campaigns. oConduct A/B testing and apply insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Communication: oPresent campaign strategies concepts and results to stakeholders incorporating feedback as needed. oLiaise with customer insights and product teams to refine campaigns based on customer feedback and product developments.
