Job Summary
Provide strong leadership clinical supervision and guidance to nursing and care teams.
Assist the Person in Charge with the overall management and daily operations of the nursing home.
Promote a person-centred culture that reflects the organisations Ethos values.
Support safeguarding by ensuring effective monitoring oversight and reporting.
Foster a caring and respectful environment that meets residents physical emotional social and spiritual needs.
Work flexibly across day night and weekend shifts as required.
Requirements
Hold a third-level nursing qualification with active NMBI registration and PIN.
Have a minimum of 6 years post-registration nursing experience.
Possess at least 2 years experience in a nursing home environment.
Management experience is an advantage.
Hold a post-registration qualification in healthcare management or be willing to complete one.
Demonstrate strong clinical competence and a commitment to delivering high-quality elder care.
