Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining both the front-end user interfaces and the back-end services and APIs for our web applications. Based in Bahrain this role requires proficiency across the entire software development lifecycle from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance ensuring high performance responsiveness and robust security for all user-facing and internal systems.

Core Duties & Responsibilities (Briefs)

Front-End Development: Design and implement highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular or ) HTML5 and CSS3 ensuring optimal cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
Back-End Development: Architect build and maintain efficient scalable and reusable server-side logic APIs and microservices.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (such as PostgreSQL MySQL or MongoDB) writing highly efficient queries and ensuring data integrity and security.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit integration and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end code to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
DevOps & Deployment: Work with Git for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and rapid deployment across development staging and production environments (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues bugs and performance bottlenecks across the entire application stack.
Collaboration: Participate actively in code reviews stand-ups and sprint planning sessions within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar end-to-end development role.
Front-End Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g. React or Angular).
Back-End Expertise: Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using a relevant back-end language/framework
Database: Proficient in database design management and performance tuning for both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
DevOps Tools: Experience with version control (Git) containerization (Docker) and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and debug complex applications.
Communication: Strong teamwork communication and collaboration skills fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
