This is primarily anon-site role in New Orleans LA withflexible remote work as needed.

Must have10 years of commercial litigation experience strongreal estate and contract litigation exposure andexperience with Louisiana law.

Job Description
- Lead commercial litigation matters involving contracts real estate disputes business conflicts and related commercial issues.
- Develop litigation strategy from initial assessment through trial or resolution.
- Draft and argue motions attend hearings conduct depositions and manage all phases of discovery.
- Counsel clients on risk exposure resolution strategies and case valuation.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with senior partners on high-stakes cases.
- Work closely with clients experts and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial litigation experience (real estate and contract litigation strongly preferred).
- Licensed in Louisiana or deep experience working with Louisiana law.
- Strong courtroom motion practice deposition and trial-preparation skills.
- Ability to manage complex litigation independently and interact with sophisticated clients.
- Exceptional writing communication and analytical skills.
