Location: 77 Harry Walker Pkwy S Unit-2 Newmarket ON L3Y 0G3
Availability on evenings and weekends is required.
- Greet every client with warmthboth in person and over the phone
- Guide clients through booking check-in and spa processes
- Recommend memberships packages gift cards upgrades and retail products
- Work closely with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth client flow
- Juggle phones bookings and sales conversations with ease
- Share the benefits of massage and skin care in a friendly knowledgeable way
- Maintain accuracy in all client files and records
- Keep the spa clean calm and professional at all times
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
- A passion for sales and goal achievement
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a busy multitasking role
- Basic computer skills
- A friendly polished and dependable approach
